Today I managed to walk to Bromsgrove but my left foot hurts with every step. I thought a few days off might fix it but it is exactly the same. The only solution I can think of is to walk a long way on it and hope it gets better.
Today was another day mostly on canals. Much of this trip is along waterways as they are flat, and I am old.
